2. The Muscatine Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) offers promotion and planning support to groups/organizations who undertake qualifying projects that maximize the number of visitors and ensure those people have a great time. Requests from both for-profit and not-for-profit groups/organizations are welcomed. Political or religious project requests will not be considered. Support provided for a project does not guarantee support for the same project at a later time. Requests must be received at least 90 days in advance of project and contain all requested information. Requests will be reviewed quarterly and deadlines for requests are Jan. 1, April 1, July 1, and Oct. 1 each year.

39. NOTICE
    Recipients of CVB Planning & Promotion Support are required to provide a final narrative report, digital photos of your project and proof of CVB acknowledgement. You must provide this information within sixty (60) days of your project's completion.
